About Dino
Born in Taiwan, Dino ShiYong Zhao(he/him) is a communication designer passionate about sustainability and storytelling currently based in London.
In 2004, Dino finished his BA degree in Industrial and Product Design at Tunghai University, Taiwan. Following his graduation, he worked as a display stylist and installation designer at a department store while also working as a freelance graphic designer.
To broaden his vision interdisciplinarily and develop profound meaning in his works, Dino joined the spatial practice programme Narrative Environments at Central Saint Martins, the University of the Arts London. During his studies, Dino acquired the capability to engage his design with the audience and the collaboration experience with the British Museum, the Paddington Partnership, and London Wildlife Trust.
With experience in graphics, installation and production, his multidisciplinary background in design means that his works are based on sound knowledge and provide unique perspectives.
